Read what some of them had to say ...
‘Donelle
was at all times professional and extremely hard-working … communicating
and consulting with me at every turn. When Donelle is in your team,
you have a supporter who will turn up for all your games! She always
delivers one-hundred percent.’
Kay McKenzie Cooke,
Poet, Made for Weather
'Otago
University Press has published some 10 titles of mine. Donelle brought
fresh thinking and new marketing tools to OUP, all of which helped with
sales and promotion of my recent books: Kiwi - The People's Bird
and Detours - a generation on. Her enthusiasm for books and
their marketing is impressive.'
Neville Peat, Author
'Donelle
managed the promotion of our book with great enthusiasm and worked closely
with the editorial team, regularly updating us with marketing campaign
developments. The launch was a great success and media coverage we received
for the book was very well organised. The whole process ran smoothly
and with Donelle's help, the book got off to a great start!'
Jodyanne Kirkwood, Editor, Working
on the Edge
'Donelle
promoted books with utter professionalism and inimitable panache while
at Otago University Press. A superb events manager, she also raised
the profile of the Press locally and nationally by organising a highly
successful series of literary events.'
